LOVE LOVE LOVE PODIUM
What do you like best? The multiple features between in office and patient communication. What do you dislike? It has had a recent delay and lag in the software. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go all in!!! It has a lot of features What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are continuing communication during COVID and minimizing contact.

Fast and easy
What do you like best? Podium is a great app which makes communication easy and simple. What do you dislike? I can’t find anything I dislike about podium. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication between workers and office. Whenever a problem comes up, Podium makes it easy to communicate between to our office people so we can solve problems fast.

Helpful to our Business
What do you like best? Podium makes it really easy for us to reach our customers via text. Our response value is so much quicker with Podium than with a normal email. What do you dislike? Nothing! What do you like best? It makes it easier to communicate with clients and leaves a streamline process for clients to leave you reviews. What do you dislike? It's a little expensive for what it is but overall I think it's worth it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Podium has been great for some things.
What do you like best? Podium does really well with sending secure payments via text. What do you dislike? I do not like its "webchat" functionality. It is very primitive and not customizable at all. Other products that are cheaper offer much more capability when it comes to web chat and chatbots. The best and easiest way to collect all customer correspondences into one place.
What do you like best? Being a small business and with there being so many ways for a customer to communicate to you if collects them all into one space for quick responses. What do you dislike? I would suggest a way to flag or sort into folders all the conversations incase it’s needed to reference back even after a closed conversation. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Podium made it easier for us to communicate with our customers. It's convenient for us, it's convenient for them. We could communicate with them through text and emails, unlike before when voice calls were our only option. We can now easily tap them to give us reviews. User Friendly & Easy to Navigate
What do you like best? Podium has created an easy to use interface to communicate with customers. A lot of my customer thought it was so user friendly they were choosing to communicate with me via the app versus texting or calling me directly. What do you dislike? Podium has given us the simplest solution for online customer interaction and Review Platforms!
What do you like best? Simplicity of the system & Convinient APP! What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of right now! system keeps adding features! the set-up is very easy to use,
What do you like best? the platform is simple and efficient,it i easy to build custom templates What do you dislike? i like better the previous version for the lead and contacts compared to the new one What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it not to solve probles we use podium but to generate lead and a faster response to our customer base
