Podium has been an amazing way for us to reach customers through text!
What do you like best? Its easily accessible through Computers and Phones What do you dislike? Podium has been a great tool and has made communicating with our clients much faster and easier.

Love it!
What do you like best? I love the fact that it's a quick way to get in touch with out technicians. The team chat is great! What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is how it doesn't send our technicians a notification on their phone if we message them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for gathering reviews and communicating with customers.
What do you like best? Easiest way for our team members to secure reviews from customers. Ease of use and customer interaction is simple! Live chat on our site has been our newest addition and very successful and useful with customers. Multiple locations on a simple platform. What do you dislike? Increased Sales plus Easy Portal for Customer Reviews
What do you like best? A couple of attributes that make podium a great tool to have at my disposal the immediate back-and-forth conversation capability that makes it very easy to get information to and from the customer and the ease of use of the platform across mediums (PC, mobile etc.) . I also love that Podium get me where I am. My work computer, my mobile phone, at home... I can get to my customers that much faster because I am alerted instantly that things are happening. Not a good fit for a construction company
What do you like best? The web chat works well to get information from your leads, but like there are some people that don't want to leave the email address, there are people that don't want to leave the phone number. Communication and Honest Customer Feedback to improve Customer experience.
What do you like best? I love the ability to stay in contact via messaging with my smart phone thru the PODIUM app. Makes it extremely convenient for me when I’m not at work, but still have the ability to give my customers the help they need when they need it.
