Amazing ROI
What do you like best? We've seen our leads explode, super easy response via the app or desktop, and the customer service is nothing short of amazing. What do you dislike? The app can be "glitchy" at times on mobile, but if seems to revolve around software updates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Overall response rate to clients is way up

Podium opened up an all new world of opportunities to do business!
What do you like best? Podium makes it easy to communicate 1-on-1 with my customers! It is great to have them all at the tips of my fingers! What do you dislike? What do you like best? The multiple features between in office and patient communication. What do you dislike? It has had a recent delay and lag in the software. Podium is the best choice
What do you like best? I switched to Podium in orde to help with review management, however, the best thing about Podium is our ability to connect with our customers who go to our website via the Podium texting feature. This has increased our customer connections significantly and these connections have converted to customer sales! What do you dislike? How Podium has changed the game.
What do you like best? We love the open communication that we can keep with our customers. Especially during COVID, it has helped everyone stay in touch. Helped keep communication quick and clear
What do you like best? We are able to contact and/or respond to our customers quickly. Our customers love the text notifications for repair pickups - instead of receiving a phone call with a number they do not recognize.
