Easy and convenient for communicating with patients.
What do you like best? I like the ability to communicate using text messages. I also enjoy the capability of doing a "virtual waiting room" during the global pandemic. What do you dislike? I didn't like that I had to pull up the site and stop what I was doing to check and see if I had patients waiting to come in. I then realized that I could change my settings to have a small notification pop up on my screen regardless of what I was doing and this helped greatly. ...

System is very easy to navigate
What do you like best? It is simple and attracts to today' society What do you dislike? I cant think of anything I dislike, podium serves all our needs Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it to gather information and determine what you can do better as team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Benefits- it is quick and easy to use. Our patients can complete the survey sitting in the chair or in their car.

It's Great but I wish for one thing
What do you like best? Sending documents via links and ability to keep personal phone off the grid. What do you dislike? Unable to schedule text messaging. A lor of the time i want to schedule a message and not send it straightaway What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Podium has been by far one of the most convenient ways to communicate with our customers. People are more likely to read and reply to a text message, rather then an email of a phone call. We utilize their NPS, Review requests, and Chat function on our site. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is easy for customers to leave feedback because they need to click on the Podium link and type in their reviews. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There can be issues in loading data and reports. What do you like best? his is a platform that works to get comments on google, facebook among others. Facilitates interaction with customers, all from one panel, both text messages, click to google message and incoming text. You can also have a good management of all the reviews and respond quickly. What do you like best? My favorite thing about podium is how easy it is to use. I get notified right away when I receive a message so I can respond in a timely manner.
