Always handy
What do you like best? Podium is handy and convenient. When I have a costumer that is happy with my service I always have podium ready to ask them to fill out a survey. It’s quick and easy and customers love it. It’ll so much more handy then asking them to go online to do it because they always forget and never get around to it. What do you dislike? Great review platform
What do you like best? There is a nice reporting tool that shows how many time you sent links from podium, how many people reviewed link, if they saw the think and if they completed the review. What do you dislike? My company restricted certain functions of the platform so we were unable to message back and forth with patients. What do you like best? Podium has been by far one of the most convenient ways to communicate with our customers. People are more likely to read and reply to a text message, rather then an email of a phone call. We utilize their NPS, Review requests, and Chat function on our site. What do you dislike? System is very easy to navigate
What do you like best? It is simple and attracts to today' society What do you dislike? I cant think of anything I dislike, podium serves all our needs Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it to gather information and determine what you can do better as team. Easy and convenient for communicating with patients.
What do you like best? I like the ability to communicate using text messages. I also enjoy the capability of doing a "virtual waiting room" during the global pandemic. What do you dislike? I didn't like that I had to pull up the site and stop what I was doing to check and see if I had patients waiting to come in. I then realized that I could change my settings to have a small notification pop up on my screen regardless of what I was doing and this helped greatly. ...

What do you like best? The Podium interface is easy and intuitive. The reporting capabilities are beyond what we take advantage of, but every time we need something it's already built and available. Beyond the platform its self, our Account Manager, Ashely is amazing. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and timely. What do you dislike?
