What do you like best? I like hearing from my patients the best. I am able to respond back to them, or simply remind them of things without giving my personal number. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that it’s pretty straightforward when using. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The versatility of the product is one of its selling points. It's compatible with both computers and smartphones, so you can always monitor how things are going even if you are not physically present at the store or out of the office. Podium is great!

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to send and receive reviews What do you dislike? One downsides of Podium is that once a person sends out a request to a patient, then no one else is allow to send that same person another review request. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Podium makes it easy to send a review request to someone.
