What do you like best? I do like that the system will automatically filter to different 'boxes' depending on what is needed. I do like that everything shows on one line of communications, rather than having to look at multiple tickets. Podium is so easy to use as a daily communication tool to reach out to customers.

What do you like best? I love that we are able to get in contact with our customers in a much more modern way than the typical email. It really takes our communication to another level with our customers, because they are getting to communicate with us via text, something today's consumer uses most likely more than anything other source in their cell phone.
