Great Aggregation Tool, Mediocre Service

What do you like best? Podium is a great tool for aggregating multiple reviews for a variety of locations. The web chat tool is also fairly comprehensive and works will with Google My Business. What do you dislike? The backend of the tool is very locked down. When we need to make changes to the platform we have to reach out to our account rep and often times it takes them a while to make the desired changes. Seamless review platform

What do you like best? Podium is easy to use and really takes the work out of sending review invites. Nothing is needed besides the customers name and contact info. What do you dislike?
