Great program that makes managing your online reputation for multiple accounts a breeze
What do you like best? I am in charge of 6 dealerships, going on 7 in December, and it would be so difficult to track and respond to negative reviews and manage my online reputation without Podium, so I like the ease of tracking multiple stores/accounts in one place. Amazing Software - Some Minor Glitches
What do you like best? I love the ability to be able to tell if I am texting a landline phone vs. cellphone, the ability to have one tool for team communication vs. customer communication. Having the leaderboard available let's me track my stats for communication from week to week, and I seem to be able to get a hold of customers a lot easier with less pushback from them, with Podium. We send pics to customers so they see their collision repair in process. Pic says 1,000 words!

Great way to combine everything into one app

What do you like best? We just launched Feedback, which has both cut down the amount of calls from Customer Service to our customers after delivery, but we are getting more and better responses to the quality of the delivery. New app is great!
What do you like best? I love that I can communicate with my customers without giving them my personal phone number. What do you dislike? I think that everything about Podium is helpful and easy to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is easier to communicate with some customers, because a lot of people cannot take calls at work.

Podium is easy to navigate and very user-friendly.
What do you like best? The graphical user interface on the mobile app. Podium is well-designed, simple, and easy for one to learn it's function without a walk-through or instructions on how to do so. I also like that there is an option to post in a grouped thread or directly to one specific person. What do you dislike? An excellent platform to enhance/optimize existing customer interactions
What do you like best? Podium is easy to use while providing tools that allow us to provide great customer service while not dedicating a person to a phone conversation. What do you like best? It allows us to connect to our clients on a regular basis and in a professional manner. Clients are more comfortable using texting as a means of communication rather than spend the time to call into the main business line.
