What do you like best? Podium checks so many boxes. Being able to have one platform to manage our customer feedback and interaction has helped our customer facing teams effectively meet our customers' needs. Podium offers fantastic support as well. What do you like best? The ease of connection is really great to connect all co workers and guests. It's very nice to be able to have an accessible app that helps my job. It's great that it brings multiple sources in to one place to help the user. What do you dislike? Great for businesses

What do you like best? Easy to use and navigate around the site. We use Podium to send out reviews and communicate to our patients by email or text message. We are able to read the reviews. You are able to access Podium through your phone as well as on the web. What do you dislike? Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the messages to be sent out. What do you like best? The program is very easy to use and also can use it on your phone too. What do you dislike? Nothing at all. We do not use all of the features but the ones we use work great.
