Great chat feature for our clients!
What do you like best? I really like the chat feature and it's use of texting the client as opposed to having a specific "chat session." Allows for continued engagement and ease of use for the client. No fears of chat disconnects or concerns about idling. We really enjoy the reliability of the chat features! What do you dislike? What do you like best? The fact that you give your customers options to choose a method of review making it easier for them What do you dislike? Useful, valuable and simple
What do you like best? Easy to interact with customers across multiple platforms. Easy to use and definitely a lot of value for our organization. They keep it simple and it works. Their insights into how your customers will interact with the system are also ringing true to our experience when using the platform. Great at gathering Reviews
What do you like best? They are able to connect to SQL triggers to make review requests very systematic. What do you dislike? Very new at NPS and they don't do questionnaires well. Recommendations to others considering the product: Podium is fast at implementation and expert in SMS and compliance. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Being able to chat with our clients that do not have time to chat on the phone. What do you dislike? Not being notified live of when a conversation comes in. This may be a computer issue and not Podium issue. Best Review System EVER!
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to leave a review. It is super easy for our dental offices to send review requests to patients after their appointment. It is also very easy for patients to leave a review versus logging into Google or Facebook and going through their process. Our offices have nothing but good things to say. The webchat is amazing too! I like how patients can start the chat online but continue the chat like a normal text message. This has been so helpful. ...

Easy platform to implement in to your system
What do you like best? The app makes it easy to communicate with your team and customers on the go. Contacting customers the same day of their service to see how their service went is amazing. What do you dislike? In some cases we get information overload. Adjusting your notifications will help with that. Simple, fast, and convenient.
What do you like best? I love how I can communicate with all of my clients in one place. What do you dislike? It can be a little chaotic with showing all my colleagues, front desk, and trying to figure out how to organize my own things from all of that. But it's not that hard. Podium changed the game!
What do you like best? Podium has allowed us to chat with our customers at any time, anywhere! With Podium we have been able to create a dialogue outside of our building.
