Great for businesses

What do you like best? Easy to use and navigate around the site. We use Podium to send out reviews and communicate to our patients by email or text message. We are able to read the reviews. You are able to access Podium through your phone as well as on the web. What do you dislike? Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the messages to be sent out. Wonderfully easy

What do you like best? The ease of connection is really great to connect all co workers and guests. It's very nice to be able to have an accessible app that helps my job. It's great that it brings multiple sources in to one place to help the user. What do you dislike? We couldn't live without Podium!

What do you like best? Podium checks so many boxes. Being able to have one platform to manage our customer feedback and interaction has helped our customer facing teams effectively meet our customers' needs. Podium offers fantastic support as well. Podium changed the game!

What do you like best? Podium has allowed us to chat with our customers at any time, anywhere! With Podium we have been able to create a dialogue outside of our building. Podium is our most important platform!

What do you like best? Very easy to send out links to google reviews, Facebook marketplace interaction and website chat is awesome as well. What do you dislike? Confirmation of received review is slow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have solved the problem of finding a way to connect with customers.

What do you like best? Very easy to send review links and messages. What do you dislike? Does not have review links to multiple sites but only dealer rater. Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep using it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Speed on which I can send reviews. We've been very pleased so far with Podium. They are always ready to help with anything we need.

What do you like best? Ease of use for us using the app and ease of use for our customers being able to easily contact us without calling. What do you dislike? Unable to integrate PestPac with Podium without having to pay a large amount of money to do so. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our calls have decreased since having Podium to use as an alternative form of communication.

Customer Interaction made easy

What do you like best? It's helpful to see the accountability regarding reviews and responses. There's so many platforms that we are able to receive reviews from and have customers try to communicate with us... podium puts it all in one place. I also like the "close" options. It allows us all to see what needs our attention and essentially check it off the to do list. Seriously, I love the fact it reduces the amount of emails I use to get prior to using podium.
