What do you like best? I love that I can communicate with my customers without giving them my personal phone number. What do you dislike? I think that everything about Podium is helpful and easy to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is easier to communicate with some customers, because a lot of people cannot take calls at work.

Excellent texting app, the best program to reach technicians

What do you like best? I love the fact that I am able to save pre-formatted templates, as well as save technician names and numbers. The notifications come in immediately, and I even get an email in my email inbox to ensure I have received the notification. It has prompted links, and encourages you to label each customer by their first and last name. Wonderful Service, Gets results!

What do you like best? Customers find it easy to use and quick to reply with, as result we have seen a greater amount of engagement than with other systems. What do you like best? Very easy to send out links to google reviews, Facebook marketplace interaction and website chat is awesome as well. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love how easy it is to work with Podium. The setup was quick and easy and the program has quickly changed around our online Google Reviews presence. With how well this is working on our Google Reviews, I suspect it won't be long before we decide to move it into other online sites such as our corporate Facebook account. What do you dislike?
