What do you like best? It's simple enough to use. Ability to customize apps is nice. What do you dislike? How apps do not communicate. no support.......having to manually calculate staff vacation allowances

We have a vacations calendar but the only way of keeping track of how many holidays have been taken seem to be manually. The only other option we see is the weeks, the way to filter out how many weeks someone has taken holidays.We have sent a support request in to Podio but they don't respond.....
