Pluralsight can help anyone who doesn't have a lot of time to sit down and learn a new programming language in a traditional classroom/online class setting and let them view the content at their own pace.

Pluralsight is also backed by Microsoft and allows you to learn just about any topic to be able to kickstart your learning in something you'd like to know.
