What do you like best? Their are very efficient when it comes to response to support tickets. What do you dislike? So far nothing as each time l send a request will be responded in a timely manner Recommendations to others considering the product Provides timely OTP sms times to our customers What business problems are you solving with the product? Twilio is any day better when you have volume
What do you like best? At low volume, they might be more attentive to you when compared to twilio. US,canada pricing is low. What do you dislike? Everything else. When you are not a customer, your sales queries will get resolved really fast, but when you become a customer, you will not get reply. What do you like best? Quality service for very affordable price. Customer support is very responsive and supportive. What do you like best? Plivo.com has a turnkey solution to write your own outbound dialing solution, call tracking solution, SMS blasts and anything else you can think of in regard to VOIP solutions. What do you dislike? The approval process for new clients that we try to link to our tracking platform can take longer than we wish, but that is how most VOIP providers process new clients to avoid fraud. What do you like best? They were able to address to my concerns upon renewal and make adjustments to fit our company's needs. What do you dislike? We had some issues with the service being down. Since, we have strict compliance issues we had to have a back up provider. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cheap, but horrible service
What do you like best? Best-in-class pricing, as far as I've seen. Simple API and good documentation. Most of the features that I'd like to have. What do you dislike? Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a phone number and needed to send them documentation that proved that I operate at the address I provided.
