Worthwhile experience
What do you like best? The interface is easy to use; adding/removing endpoints, etc. Major time-saver. What do you dislike? There isn't much to dislike, honestly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're transitioning to full-SIP phone environment primarily for cost savings.

What do you like best? The support team rapidly replied to all my questions What do you dislike? The invoice system could be perfected, removing the start of the month payment and implementing the easier 1 number, 1 month system (with possibility of extending the period that competitors already use. Plivo API for your custom app needs
What do you like best? Plivo API is pretty straightforward, whether you go with PHP, cURL, or any of its libraries. Plivo supplies you with virtual numbers that can make calls to and from a phone number. Plivo has a great many features. What do you dislike? Easy to setup and a breeze to use
What do you like best? I am a developer and it took me all of 5 minutes to setup Plivo in my PHP project - it was amazingly simple! What do you dislike? I haven't come across anything I dislike! Recommendations to others considering the product Definitely try it out What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payments reminders- these are so much more easy to manage now.

What do you like best? The simple admin panel is great. Getting the first sms to work was super easy. What do you dislike? Simple, fast, efficient and reasonable pricing
What do you like best? Plivo's solutions are simple and easy to deploy. The documentation is great and easy to follow but also there is a great customer support that are there to help you in a timely manner. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything from Plivo's services. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communications needs such as VoIP, SMS and Purchasing DIDs.

A great tool to quickly add sms and voice to your app
What do you like best? It has support for lots of countries not found on other solutions. You can get started in almost no time, and lets us focus on our product. What do you dislike? - Numbers in some countries like Argentina are a little expensive. - The need to encode special characters like é using numerical entities. Used Twilio years ago. Use Plivo now because they have all the functionality we need and are cheaper
What do you like best? The cheaper pricing, detailed logging and the fact a lot of big-name companies use them like WhatsApp. What do you dislike? The console is okay but in terms of functionality and UI design it's a little bit lacking compared to other consoles I've used before. Sometimes the quality of calls can be a bit low but not enough to make us go elsewhere. It maybe only on international calls, as I haven't been able to do much domestic testing within North America.
