Programmable sms and voice call
What do you like best? This is a reliable and secure API. Highly customizable as per the project and business need. Seamless deployment and integration of SMS and Voice features in new and existing web or mobile applications. Overall it's very flexible and we have to add minimum code in our project to do all this. It supports cross platforms like Windows, Android, Mac etc. We are easily able to implement the text and call functionality in Java, .Net, Php etc. projects. Performance ...

Plivo offers voice and text solutions with easy integrations
What do you like best? My favorite thing about Plivo is how easy it is to take a project from idea to completion. You can use their well-documented API or their drag and drop solution called PHLO to easily integrate their services into your project. What do you dislike? There's not much that I dislike about Plivo and I have been using their services for about a year now. If I had to nitpick, sometimes functionality of the PHLO editor can be a little confusing, but nothing a quick ...

Good alternative to Twilio
What do you like best? As a developer I appreciate that their debug console and api docs are better than most. Also support is usually very quick to respond and resolve issues. What do you dislike? They seem to be releasing less and less phone numbers to their API in recent months, so we have had to contact support more and more to acquire numbers for our clients in the most prominent US area codes. This creates a poor user experience for our clients and increases the workload of our ...

Broken sales process... no upgrade paths for anyone
We were looking to move few SMS automations from Twilio to Plivo and everything was perfect until we decided to upgrade. It looks like they have no more capacity for new customers because my account was flagged... For what? No one knows, they may not even know. Reached out sales team and.... Crickets... they just don’t care or something is really wrong with their whole platform that they are selective with who they let in. Is all I can think about.

We hired sequential numbers that were changed later & Bad quality
What do you like best? Good online tools, cheaper than alternatives, the possibility of connecting endpoints directly. What do you dislike? Bad quality on the INTL phones. Also the fact that we hired and paid during 2+ years some sequential numbers the were decommissioned and the only option is to hire new ones (different numbers). That means to re-print business cards and lose touch with existing customers. In addition, the new numbers hired didn't work properly for months What ...

Plivo + Microsoft Flow
What do you like best? Ability to make automated phone calls to multiple people. What do you dislike? Plivo worked as I had hoped. I had no problems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Plivo to make phone calls to "on call" staff. Voicemail is left, which triggers an email, when then triggers Microsoft Flow including a Plivo phone call.

Great, easy to use telephony solution
What do you like best? The management console is straightforward, and the documentation is helpful. Pricing is also very reasonable. What do you dislike? It's not as popular as other solutions, so finding tutorials and getting-started guides is more difficult. Technical support agents do take some time to get back to you. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to get started, how-to-guides are very useful. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...
