What do you like best? Services around the world available within minutes. API are extremely easy to integrate with their helpful documentation. Plivo is great !

What do you like best? What I like best about Plivo is its ease of use and how easily it has integrated with my crm. We use 10xcrm and have been using them for about 2 years and Plivo is the phone company on the back end that we make calls from. I can say in the past two years we have always been up and running with zero issues. What do you dislike? Excellent service at a lower cost then Twilio

What do you like best? We have not had any issues with their services thus far. What do you dislike? I can not think of anything we dislike about Plivo services. Recommendations to others considering the product: The Plivo team is there to support you, be sure to contact them for assistance from the onset. What problems are you solving with the product? POS service and arbitrary decisions.

I started as a Plivo customer in 2016. I have had an active though dormant account for the last two years and apparently something has changed since then, as when I kicked up another PBX system and tried to fund my account, I got an email saying my account was reviewed and I was declined any continuing services. Our systems have flagged your…

"Our systems have flagged your account..." and it seems as though my account has been deleted, just as I'm ready to go live at work. Well, I think I'll go with a VOIP provider that doesn't give me the mushroom treatment. Thanks for making the decision easier, Plivo. Awful.
