Esay to implement and affordable cost

What do you like best? They have lot of solutions to use, great coverage, great api and a clear invoicing. What do you dislike? Nothing at this time. I have a found all of my needs covered so far. Plivo's SMS API is very easy to implement

What do you like best? The Plivo documentation was very clear. This made it is to integrate using a legacy environment. Even though our development language was not listed in the examples, since it is not generally considered for this type of use, we were able to clearly work through each needed API and get the desired results. Suspended my account randomly and crashed all my apps

I use plivo for a small project. It was okay so far, but then, they suddenly suspended my account out of nowhere.My app was using it for 1+ years and there was no change on my app. But they decided they don't like it, and suspended my account.The worst part was that it happened out of nowhere and it caused my app to crash for several days. I wasted several days contacting dumb customer service, only to be told that they don't want me.

Good experience

What do you like best? Api is great. Billing is correct. Site is easy to use. What do you dislike? Prices went up, but I can't really be upset about that these days What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use their automated call and sms api for my online seating platform. It is easy to use and works great every time. I really appreciate that I can generated an automated xml file for the voice api

Exactly what I needed

What do you like best? The vast options and the ease of "making things happen" on their platform. I specifically needed SMS forwarding setup and I was able to get everything I needed setup within minutes. What do you dislike? Nothing what so ever, everything thus far has been a breeze. One of the best integrated solutions

What do you like best? Easy integrations, fast and friendly support What do you dislike? Account deactivations and too many stop words. Recommendations to others considering the product: This platform doesn't need coding to get it up and running, What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good service and good help desk

What do you like best? Easy setup. Clear UI. I had issues sending SMS to some countries and the help desk helped me to sort it out. What do you dislike? Some SMS fails to be delivered but is not clear why. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I send validation code to customers. I receive a feedback callback that update the status of the SMS delivery.

Very easy to use solution for sending texts without requiring my own infrastructure or know-how

What do you like best? We were able to put together a solution to send out text messages from our solution (created in Microsoft Flow/PowerAutomate) using Plivo. After a brief review of services out there, Plivo came to the top of the list and we haven't looked back. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the pricing transparency and modern UI What do you dislike? I dislike that Plivo does not have a efax sending service nor does it have SMS support with 3CX.
