What do you like best about Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform? I think the lot management is incredibly helpful, when paired with the use of SN's it makes it difficult for mistakes to happen. currently we have a terrible time with inventory so this is going to help drastically. one of the deal breakers for us was the PRP for scheduling, we don't have a great method for scheduling currently. we rely on one person and their memory to come up with a schedule that fits with what we have in ...

"PLEX is great when running well, but minor continue to crop up for seemingly no reason."
What do you like best about Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform? We love that almost everything we do, most of our company processes can be done on one platform. EDI between customers and suppliers is handled in PLEX/iConnect, and the Document Control system being built in is a large value-add for us - these are things we would be paying for separately in the past.

"Good System on the verge of being great"
What do you like best about Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform? The customizability of the modules and setup. We can develop our own system within the Plex Cloud and be able to make impactful changes without rolling out updates to every PC. The ability to do this all on the cloud is a huge win for Plex.

What do you like best about Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform? Robust Inventory Control - every container is serialized with a designated location that is scanned at every move. It also prevents any consumption not on the BOM.

"Making Plex Better"
What do you like best about Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform? Plex has an intuitive user interface but even so there is space to do better on bring data analytics to support action on transactional screens and do much better on mobile and responsive screens
