Everyone Needs Pleo

What do you like best? The product itself is so simple and easy to use, I have now launched this across the whole business and all the staff love it. What do you dislike? Being charged for the cards despite not being used. I prefer the old way where if the card is active then you were charged. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Visibility on staff spending on company money.

A true User Experience

What do you like best? The quickness of uploading receipts and don't have to be sitting and allocating time for it as it's always on the go. The new look and complete make-over of the app and visual identity was also a big success. The app works flawlessly and is easy to use, understand, and always very educational once new features roll out. Easy payment method for employees

What do you like best? With the pleo card you can automatically get digital invoices directly from the store, the app and webpage is also easy to navigate and very simplistic. Pleo will notify you if you are missing an invoice and as soon as it detects a purchase. What do you dislike? There is not really anything I dislike. Pleo helps me save time every day!

What do you like best? Pleo is incredibly easy to use and helps me save time doing something I don't particularly enjoy doing (documenting expenses!). The interface is also really nice to look at. What do you dislike? no complaints... One small thing though is with the new 'fetch' feature sometimes certain receipts don't upload correctly in Pleo so I have to go back and fix them. What do you like best? Mostly everything. I think it is an intuitive app, easy to use, I like it. What do you dislike? The facto that the app doesn´t allow the option to not include a photo of the invoices or mark the purchase in a way it doesn´t look as "pending" (of attaching the invoice), showing the orange circle. Intuitive, fast and well-integrated

What do you like best? That it peeks my mail for incoming receipts, and suggest to link them to my expenses. What do you dislike? Has completely messed up my Xero…

Has completely messed up my Xero transactions and the chat support is very slow to respond. Approach with caution. I don't know why they can't just pull statement lines like any other bank feed, no need to push to Xero, it's just causing major issues

What do you like best? Pleo has transformed my organisations approach to expenses whilst travelling - no more photos of receipts, lost receipts or waiting for payment to cover expenses.
