Best company expenses solution on the market!
What do you like best? Pleo has an up to date and easy to use interface via app and web version. We are able to set expenditure limits for our employees, and are notified after every purchase meaning we have full control at all times. The fact that each employee receives both a virtual and physical credit card which can be instantly blocked at any time by the company administrator, means we can make purchases online and give pleo to our staff with confidence. Easy to use
What do you like best? I like that the app allows me to log my expense receipts in the moment and also sends me reminders if I've forgotten. It provides a great overview of my spending and is super easy to understand. What do you dislike? If I had to add one suggestion, it would be to give the option to say receipt unavailable. There are some purchases where receipts are not given and it would be nice to make the notification and reminders go away. What problems are you solving ...

We replaced our business Credit Cards…
We replaced our business Credit Cards with prepaid Pleo cards. It is very easy to manage and reconcile the expenses. A secure way to pay and the limits can be ajusted instantly depending on individual needs. Saved us lots of time!

Fantastic service
Using Pleo has made expenses easier than ever. The app is really well made, and makes it really easy to keep track of expenses and submit receipts after purchases (as the app gives handy notifications after each purchase). Saves so much time and hassle, highly recommend to everybody.
