Smooth experience

What do you like best? Easy of use is the thing that comes to mind. Good looking web interface and an app that's actually useful. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything - but my perspective is solely from an end user point of view. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Handling payments and verifications for expenses - it's easier than before. I spend less time handling receipts.

Really great expense management system with even better customer support

What do you like best? Easy setup, easy to use for everyone in the organisation, really great customer support if you ever have questions, works well with our other systems. Exports are quite simple and very customisable A lot of nice features to give middle managers more agency for keeping track of staff spend, excellent project tagging system. What do you dislike? Easy to use and a great app experience

What do you like best? As soon as you make a purchase, Pleo reminds you to add an receipt. Pleo reminds you when you are missing an receipt. What do you dislike? Adding a missing receipt (eg. subscription purchase), could be easier and maybe automated? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Missing receipts.

Pleo is awesome

What do you like best? I love how easy it is. I pay for something, snap a picture of the receipt and I'm done. No faff. The customer support is also really quick and top quality. What do you dislike? Nothing really. Before 'fetch' was released it was a bit annoying to go into my emails to take a screenshot and upload that into Pleo, but now it's done automatically 👌 What problems are you solving with the product? Businesses, large or small, need to get on the Pleo train

What do you like best? Through Pleo, business expenses are now a breeze to monitor and manage. We use Fetch which pairs with Gmail. This has saved us so much time scouring through email archives for missing receipts for our expense claims. As for new expenses, Fetch automatically finds the relevant email containing the receipt and pairs the file with the expense on their interface. I highly recommend Pleo! What do you dislike? What do you like best? That they focus on the small ways to make my everyday better What do you dislike? Nothing, really... Amazing Business Finance App

What do you like best? The instant notifications of uploading a receipt make it super easy to keep on top of finances. I don't have to worry about monthly expenses coming out of my own bank account when the business runs it all through Pleo. What do you dislike? There isn't anything I dislike about Pleo. Love Pleo

Love Pleo – we used to use another online expense system that was awful. I had to store random receipts and they would pile up quickly. Once the drawer was too full would have to set aside 1 hour to go through all of them. With Pleo, it's quick easy and effective. I get helpful reminders to add receipts and can easily see all the expenses from my team.Love it!!!
