Super fast and helpful feedback
Super fast and helpful feedback. I use PlaybookUX for conducting moderated and unmoderated research and their participants are by far the best quality of any other service out there.

Valuable tool for understanding customers
I never understood the power of user testing until I started using PlaybookUX. Their UX software is intuitive and easy to use. I would highly recommend this to any founder who wants to understand their customers!

PlaybookUX is great for understanding…
PlaybookUX is great for understanding what people like and don’t like about your website. I use it to make product decisions and features decisions. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to conduct interviews and unmoderated research, for which I use it to run about 3 studies per month. Ali from customer support goes out of her way to help which does not go unnoticed!!

Great Experience!
I’m leading the charge to make internal systems more usable for students and faculty at a large institution. We’ve had a lot of “rough” experiences with other software and since we’re an edu, we needed a cost effective solution to affect our tens of thousands of students. Insert PlaybookUX. Since using, we’ve been able to totally revamp our internal products. They make my life way easier than other research tools.

Really amazing tool for product teams!
It's a really amazing tool for product teams that allows my team to test designs before developing and after implementation. I use their web and prototype testing at least one a month to validate. There's nothing better than hearing people talk about the things they like and dislike about your designs!

Top line software for UX research
Top line software for UX research. You can use their participants or bring your own and the cost is reasonable. It's cool how they show you interesting quotes from the sessions. It makes coming back to the project much easier. Also, great for collaboration with team members and clients.

"Great, simple tool for anyone to use"
What do you like best about PlaybookUX? Easy to use and anyone can get a user testing study up and running within 5 mins. I'm not overwhelmed with jargon. Our first video was received within an hour and the study filled in a day! Awesome high quality testers. What do you dislike about PlaybookUX? I can't really think of anything! I could filter on Job Title, Seniority, and Industry which was very important for me since I work with a lot of B2B companies who have a hard time doing user research.
