LeanKit definitely helped my team break down a complex project into manageable tasks

What do you like best? LeanKit became almost intuitive after creating just a few cards, assigning skill sets, and arranging the cards in priority per skill set. We could select tasks for two-week sprints which gave the team members a sense of confidence that their work scope was realistic and focused. What do you dislike? Intuitive software that increases throughput!

What do you like best? I like how easy and fun it is to move cards to done and track your progress on projects that deliver value to users. You can create cards quickly, fill in more details, classify them according to type of work/value, assign them to one or more team members, get notifications on progress, attach files for reference, and much more. What do you like best? Dynamic, intuitive, easy to adopt as a team. Flexible for a variety of projects and processes What do you dislike? What do you like best? My favorite feature about this platform is the ability for everyone to see the work that is in front of us. What do you dislike? The setting editor could be smoothed out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Leankit allows the lab to keep track of who is assigned to each task. It also allows the requestor to see what stage the work order request is at.
