The planning tool for the planning challenged

What do you like best? The simplicity of the tool allows any organisationally challenged person to be completely up to date to any activities any of your colleagues are doing and vice versa. What do you dislike? I'm sure there are some details or quirks that the app is lacking - but I haven't experienced any of that, yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of tasks to do or are in progress is a joy rather than a chore.

Great to get a brid's eye view of my project and also to dive deep!

What do you like best? Story lanes, colours used and ease of use. What do you dislike? Searching for a story. Must scroll to find it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Testing in a large project that has many stories can be challenging to keep track of. I am using LeanKit to make sure all the stories are tested and I can share my issues with our national team.

What do you like best? You can be creative and logistical! This is what I appreciate about LeanKit the most! What do you dislike? Lack of colors available. I love organization and attention to detail, this can be improved! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organization within the office initiatives, two-sided!

We tried out LeanKit to manage the core business of the team and then used it in other areas as well

What do you like best? the way you can control the presentation of the cards What do you dislike? not being able to move cards to another board Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a go in areas other than your main need What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? server build status for both software and data. We can see at a a glance where a new software release has been deployed and allocate tasks accordingly.

What do you like best? It is extremely user friendly. Multple people can access it at the same time to review and edit. What do you dislike? Nothing. Everything Is fantastic and can be managed with ease. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has assisted in AGILE methodologies.

What do you like best? Leankit is the ideal tool for keeping track of projects and tasks in a high technology environment. What do you dislike? I dislike cottage cheese. It looks and tastes horrible. LeanKit Makes Task Management Much Easier

What do you like best? I can clearly see the tasks, the progress, the person assigned and the importance. So it helps me to keep track of all the work. What do you dislike? I get too many email even when the task is not directly related with me. Need better and more personalized notification management. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Commercial Business Risk Office, and we are working on operation risk.

Overall, a nice, easy to use product that needs some refinement around the edges.

What do you like best? We migrated to LeanKit from Jira. LeanKit is a simplified version of Jira, which is probably what I like best. What do you dislike? It has some fairly blatant bugs/inconsistencies that need to be resolved. For example, the use of the "@" sign to mention/tag people doesn't always work smoothly; it can be finicky when backspacing a person's name you're trying to find/tag and when pasting text in a comment when someone is mentioned with the "@" sign. Great Product for Visual Management and Huddles

What do you like best? Leankit is very Visual and easy to navigate around the swim lanes. Very easy to customize the board. Card Coloring to represent various stages . What do you dislike? There is no option to move multiple cards . What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we use leankit to gather customer feedback metrics, Customer satisfaction metrics and continuously improve by solving problems that exist for a long time.
