It helps you be mindful of timeframes and easily consolidate all of the different elements of your service into one place and easily share it with everyone on your team.

One uses a more traditional, not tech, approach due to age, but the other use Planning Center. It is so easy to plan the service, keep all the resources in one place and make changes. Several of us can work on it together at the same time and those performing can see all the updates and access the rehearsal resources in real time.
