The training available is thorough and clear, and the customer service is the most responsive, polite, and helpful I've ever encountered.

What do you like best about Planning Center Services? We can set up different teams and fill each position with our pool of volunteers. The app makes it very easy to manage those spots. Volunteers can accept or reject an invitation based on their personal schedule, and if someone can't make it, it is easy to call someone else to fill his spot. We also like the fact that you can have a Order of Service, so the whole team knows what will be happening in any given moment.

It is team-driven, and populated by various area-specific leaders. We are probably minimalist users, but it serves us well for every contingency we have in planning services.
