This allows you to see a selection of time and all the volunteers that are available or are scheduled to serve during that time frame. This is extremely helpful when trying to figure out who to fill in for vacated spots.

What do you like best about Planning Center Services? I love how Planning center streamlines organization of order of service, song repertoire and materials, and planning. As the leader of services and often a volunteer I love both sides of this. Personal Rehearsal is so efficient. I love how it syncs with my iPhone calendar to remind me of rehearsal times. I love how in music stand that If I make notes on a chart then it is available the next time I play the song.
