What do you like best about Planning Center Services? I love being able to get a play by play for events. Gives a clear idea of what’s going on each moment.

What do you like best about Planning Center Services? Services is unrivaled for keeping track of orders of service and volunteer scheduling. They have thought of pretty much everything. You can attach documents, and it keeps track of when people have last been scheduled. It has a good interface, and PCO is extremely responsive to feedback.

"Convenient means of communicating responibilities"

What do you like best about Planning Center Services? The best aspect of Planning Center is the centralized communication. Previously, the administration emailed individual people about their responsibilities. This became clearly tedious and it was confusing to synthesize the responses. On Planning Center, each team member can log on to see their responsibilities for the week, and they can mark days they will be absent far in advance. All this eliminates the need for strings of confusing emails.

What do you like best about Planning Center Services? I like the scheduling features. We use planning center to schedule when our volunteers are volunteering on certain Sundays. I like that it sends reminder emails to our volunteers.

What do you like best about Planning Center Services? Our church has been using Planning Center Services for many years. As a Resource Team member, we utilize Planning Center Services for all our planning needs. The ability to utilize Planning Center on my mobile device and computer is very convenient, and it's super easy to use and navigate. I like the reminders - just enough - not so many that it bogs down my email. Easy way to communicate with my team leader and other team members too.
