Planisware Enterprise pros and cons

  • Centralizes project and portfolio management, offering a cohesive view of timelines, resources, costs, and project statuses.

  • Highly customizable to align with varied business needs, allowing for extensive flexibility in processes.

  • Supports comprehensive resource planning and forecasting, enabling better decision-making and resource allocation.

  • Enables "one source of truth" by consolidating project data, enhancing transparency and eliminating reliance on fragmented Excel files.

  • The software's wide customization options can lead to complexity and slower system performance in larger setups.

  • Integration capabilities are basic, lacking advanced functionality like real-time data synchronization with external systems (e.g., AWS, Azure).
