"Lots of Opportunity for improvements"

What do you like best? It can be customized to meet the customer's needs. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is hard to understand as well when you are always communicating remotely. Recommendations to others considering the product: Have a capable team ready and excited and go for it! Host has wonderful ability to provide agile forecasting and strong reporting capabilities. What do you like best? Spotlight reporting, custom templates, ability for business to use in the app or with off-line templates What do you dislike? Hard to say since we have not really used the tool yet What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Standardize templates, engage business, we are still implementing so many benefits have not been realized yet

What do you like best? Advanced Reporting and Modeling capabilities. Excel based functions and MDX language. What do you dislike? High Implementation rates without specialized industry knowledge in CPG from the team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Replacement of FRx and outdated reporting tools.

What do you like best about Planful? I like the ability to create reports and dashboards seamlessly based on the same information every other employee is using. What do you dislike about Planful? Nothing so far. I am right in the middle of implementation. What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting out of our excel based budgeting and forecasting model and bringing in multiple sources of information so all employees are using the same platform.

"One Year User"

What do you like best? The ability to pull accurate financials at any time. I have yet to experience a time when Host was down or not working so it has been very reliable What do you dislike? Nothing so far. I am very pleased with the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to do our budgeting and forecasting more accurately. Less time is spent doing the budget which allows for more time to do our job.

"Upgrade from Excel and has increased speed and accruacy in reporting."

What do you like best? Workforce reporting has been great at managing headcount especially as the company has grown and continues to grow. What do you dislike? Workforce reporting is very confusing to get dimensions correct. Formulas on reports don't stay after refreshing data. Dashboards crashed after rebuilding multiple times. What do you like best about Planful? Able to work in excel and pull data into Core. Reporting is easy What do you dislike about Planful? So much functionality that I don't believe we are utilizing everything What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? We haven't been doing forecast and I believe Host will be able to solve this.
