What do you like best about Planful? I like the ability to easily create scenarios & templates. It is a relatively intuitive tool. What do you dislike about Planful? Setting up user security can be difficult. Especially with all of the different ways you can limit access. "Host is flexible and powerful"

What do you like best? The application is managed entirely by FP&A while still allowing budget owners complete ownership of their planning. We are able to revise forecasts monthly allowing more accurate and complete reporting. Customer Support is very responsive and I feel like Host responds to customer needs. What do you dislike? "Reduced close time, headcount somewhat difficult"

What do you like best? The reporting capabilities (burst, etc.) cut down close time significantly. What do you dislike? Headcount is pretty cumbersome and impractical. We don't use headcount because it doesnt seem like it's worth the time put in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Version control for planning as well as scenario over scenario comparisons

What do you like best about Planful? That it is a quick, easy tool that is similar to excel What do you dislike about Planful? I don't like that when you copy and paste data into a template you can only paste the rows that are present on the screen. What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? Using the tool for a rolling forecast. Benefit from a faster budgeting process

What do you like best about Planful? customer service: Host listens and cares about their customer's success, which builds confidence in a long term solution. What do you dislike about Planful? some functionality which seems basic isn't yet available (i.e. pull function to ppt) What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? manual excel spreadsheet risks, which takes lots of time and doesn't allow for efforts to be more focused on value added activities

What do you like best about Planful? Host has allowed our company to reduce the amount of hours worked on consolidation, reporting and budgeting/planning by a considerable amount. What do you dislike about Planful? Many functionalities for Host prove difficult in our business environment due to the structure of our business. Additionally, at times Host can be very slow to respond. What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? Budgeting, planning, reporting and consolidation.

Seems to be very "clicky", you always need to be clicking things to navigate the software. Also, as someone that uses the software every 3 months I find it takes me a while to figure out where things are. Buttons or menus seem to change constantly.
