"BG's take on Host"

What do you like best? Host serves as a "one-stop" shop for my company's needs. It's very intuitive.. once you get it up and running. What do you dislike? Having 3rd party consultants to implement the system, risks the chance of your system setup & training not being the most up to date. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Financial Analysis, Budget Preparation, Personnel Planning & Reporting.. all institute-wide.

What do you like best? Ease of SG&A depts entering their own budgets. What do you dislike? Cash flow capabilities and time it takes to add new entities. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting out of manual consolidation.

What do you like best? The ease of creating reports quickly as needed per management. What do you dislike? When things aren't working it isn't always the most intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are better able to get reports out to people quicker on ad hoc reporting needs.

What do you like best about Planful? I really like the flexibility of the tool and ability to cut data a lot of different ways from a reporting and planning standpoint. "Host Analytics is great but maybe it would be better with more centralized operation page"

What do you like best about Planful? I like the speed of Host Analytics with user friendly interface. Also, it is the good tool of loading transnational data for the validation purpose. What do you dislike about Planful? There are too many options/functions offered by Host Analytics that sometime might confused new users with overwhelming functionalities. What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? Salving with pulling large set of data within limited time.

What do you like best about Planful? The top feature for me has been Workforce planning. My organization builds our HR plan at the employee level and during the planning process we make 100's of revisions and alignment changes that were extremely prone to error in our previous excel planning environment.
