What do you like best? I really appreciate the customer support. I like the advanced features with Spotlight reporting and modeling. The training sessions at the Host conference were very helpful. What do you dislike? I feel like Host is a bit fragmented. I do wish at times that I could peform the modeling capabilities, etc. from the same module versus having to create views, then reports, then excel-based reports, then something else I don't even know about yet. What do you like best? I find Host Implementation friendly and helpful. We truly appreciate the team's patience and that has made the implementation process enjoyable. What do you dislike? The software gets disconnected every now and then which can be a annoying. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were trying to implement a budget and planning tool. With Host Planning Module, it makes budgeting a lot easier.

"Comprehensive software for any operations function, with excellent customer service"

What do you like best? Host Analytics has been an extremely useful software for our company. We have had multiple strives in our automation and process improvement. Like any piece of software, there are limitations, but Host has by far the least of any that I have seen in the market. I like spotlight the best because it allows for so much freedom with building reports and it is very helpful with calculating our cash flows instead of having to do it manually. "Host Analytics is Far Superior to Excel Planning"

What do you like best? My favorite parts of Host are how easy it is to use and the customer service attitude of the company and user community. What do you dislike? Sometimes I worry that Host is not robust enough for our company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've had adoption issues due to the rigidity of planning templates. Overall, reporting is far superior to our legacy system.

"It's a very powerful system but the terminology takes a while to understand."

What do you like best about Planful? It makes monthly reporting easy with the standard report and column sets. What do you dislike about Planful? It's not very user friendly initially and it takes a while to understand where the various reporting items are coming from. What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? A more automated monthly formatting templates that allows users to access the information without significant maintenance.

What do you like best? We are able to permissions our users, take snapshot of data, automate it to our accounting system and ensure our data is accurate.
