"Great Planning Platform, but Only Scratched the surface"

What do you like best about Planful? I like the UI and how intuitive it is to navigate your way around the platform. I've used software like Adaptive, which was great, but not nearly as easy to find your way around. What do you dislike about Planful? I think there's a lot of features under the surface that would be greatly beneficial, but they aren't easy to find or know that you are missing them. What do you like best? Workshops, and ask the experts section. What do you dislike? I would like to see more advanced workshops and step by step guides. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Optimizing financial review and reporting process.

What do you like best? The ability to build as needed with modular improvements to suit your business needs. What do you dislike? So much versatility and robust features mean that strong understanding is needed to fully use the platform and its modules to their full potential. What problems are you solving with the product? "Reliable and accurate reporting"

What do you like best? The consolidation tool works very smoothly. Overtime, it has been revamped and now it takes minutes to consolidate financials for over 30 entities. What do you dislike? Consolidations doesn't get enough priority in Host's list of improvements. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Efficiency and very quick. We make entries last minute all the time and we can rely on Host to update financials within minutes.

What do you like best about Planful? The flexibility that it presents. Being able to make a dynamic report with numerous dimensions. What do you dislike about Planful? The implementation process. We have just gone through a implementation and it was difficult at times. What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? Variance analysis

It does take some time to get up to speed with the program oif you are a beginning user What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows us to realize managment reporting and apply endless allocations

What do you like best about Planful? Good support, easy to use, makes budgeting extremely efficient. What do you dislike about Planful? We've occasionally struggled with reporting. There was a change recently to the underlying engine that caused us a lot of issues with our rolling forecast models. What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it for centralized budgeting. It is far superior to spreadsheet budgeting; it creates one version of the truth.
