What do you like best about Planful? Spotlight and Reporting offer easy access to planning data. What do you dislike about Planful? System can be rigid depending on how the implementation is put in place and the proper design of the product. What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best? Seems to be very clean and simple to find my way through. Still very new but on the surface it has a polished feel. What do you like best about Planful? I like that Host is ERP agnostic. Has allowed us flexibility to merge several new entities without an overall of their local operating systems. What do you dislike about Planful? Changes have been difficult. We used a third party consultant and once the initial project was completed and our initial consultation project was complete, we have experienced difficulties with changes and time lags in responses.
