What do you like best? User friendly, quarterly releases with customer driven improvements, customer service is great What do you dislike? "Implemented Host Analytics and Utilizing Spotlight"

What do you like best? Spotlight has been the part of Host Analytics that has proven to be most relevant to my job, it preserves excel functionality and makes the learning curve much less steep. What do you dislike? The thing I dislike about Host Analytics is that it is fairly clunky in that you have to know exactly where thing are located and the order in which to perform operations to avoid getting error messages. It is a hard learning curve in the Core App. There is no undo ...

What do you like best about Planful? Host syncs to our ERP and allows non-finance users to build budgets, compare actuals, and plan ahead. Host helps put fiscal responsibility back in the hands of other departments. What do you dislike about Planful? The load times between pages and the current time to process data takes longer than I would expect. What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? "Like the attention to their customers"

What do you like best about Planful? I appreciate Host's responsiveness to their customers' needs. They listen to the feedback on the community and always consider the requests. What do you dislike about Planful? DLR - Wish manual loads would roll forward automatically. We are using automated loads now so in order for historical data from older DLRs to rollforward we need to manually enter zeroes for the next year. "Still learning but so far so good!"

What do you like best about Planful? The cloud database makes storing and accessing data much easier than excel. What do you dislike about Planful? The application can be glitchy at times and not always intuitive. I seem to have to refresh or process a lot of different things to get changes to flow through. What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? Data integrity is huge. Using multiple linked excel workbooks is a recipe for disaster.
