"Implemented Host Analytics and Utilizing Spotlight"

What do you like best about Planful? Spotlight has been the part of Host Analytics that has proven to be most relevant to my job, it preserves excel functionality and makes the learning curve much less steep. What do you dislike about Planful? The thing I dislike about Host Analytics is that it is fairly clunky in that you have to know exactly where thing are located and the order in which to perform operations to avoid getting error messages. What do you like best about Planful? The most helpful part was getting to talk Host team directly who build the product. What do you dislike about Planful? The timing of the breakout sessions and having to pick between two good sessions. What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? Alternative and attribute hierarchy and learning how we can best implement at my company. The reporting and generating the board package quickly.

What do you like best? User friendly, quarterly releases with customer driven improvements, customer service is great What do you dislike? Some smaller items have been on my wish list for a while that I'm still waiting on Recommendations to others considering the product: Think through and plan what you'd like out of the system before actually implementing What problems are you solving with the product?
