What do you like best? Mobile App with punch in/out clock that simplifies the tracking time and ensure a good control of actual and accumulate hours of the employees. Training days to get know the sofware are unlimited included with very helpfull and kindly traineers. Confidentiality issues

How does this app not break confidentiality? When I use the app to check my rota or messages. I can also seewhich staff are at work, who's getting and doing overtime. Which staff are off sick or work for other things like family emergencies etc. When i used to check the rota file to find my shifts before. I was only allowed to write down my shifts.
