What do you like best? There are several positives from easy set up, even with our complex business in aviation, to Planday central support team. The thing we like best is how much the platform has allowed us to plan efficiently with teams in different areas of the business which has also reduced our manual processes by 75%. Easy and accessible

What do you like best? It is easy to work with and well organized. What do you dislike? Doing the roster. It is kind of complicated assigning several shifts to one person. Especially if they are different shifts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives you a clear idea of your staff costs up against your revenue. Easy to see who is working. It lets you know if you double rostered someone.

Dårlig kundeservice

Vi har brugt Planday i godt og vel 4 år, og det er en generelt god platform, men hold da op hvor er deres kundeservice blevet elendig henover tiden. Systemet er dyrt, og synes at servicen skal følge med dertil.

I try to stop the service since more…

I try to stop the service since more than 6 month, I send lot of e mail to the support, the answer is always same " I transfer your e mail" and no answer. Since this time Planday send me invoices every month. Impossible to stop it? Customer Service very bad for this. Quick answer when you want subscribe and no answer when you want stop. I advise to never subscribe to this service
