Saved us a lot of time

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We were able to save a lot of time and paper. We don't have to manually write schedules anymore. We just have to input the schedules in Planday and our staff will be able to see theirs readily. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Organized and easy to follow schedules

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We were able to easily track time and attendance. Planday keeps track of our employees' working hours, making them love the app as it easily shows them their shift and it gives them the ability to make themselves unavailable or swap shifts. It also became easier for us to produce reports for the payroll by the end of each month. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Did work, now fails constantly.

Worked reasonably well when first rolled-out. Immediately after we bought into the application the company was bought. Now things that did work don't. Constant problems with reporting. An absolutely useless helpdesk with up to 8 hours (during normal UK working time) for anyone to even read the message, let alone respond. It genuinely feels like the technical team don't know what they are doing. I wish my company had bought almost anything else.

Planday er blevet langsom og ofte ubrugelig på iphone. Dårlig kundeservice efter den er blevet solgt. Synd for et ellers godt system.

Vi har været kunde hos Planday i mange år.Systemet er blevet langsomt og ustabilt og dette har viinformeret Planday om mange gange. Men der er ikke blevet taget hånd om det. Vi er ikke tilfreds mere desværre !

Nice and easy-to-use tool for employees

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the ease of learning about my schedule for the day as well as the stuff that needs to be done. What aspects are problematic or could work better? So far, I don’t see any disadvantages of using this platform. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? I am able to easily find out the tasks I have to do in and out for a day. Are you a current user of this product? Yes

A no-nonsense schedule planner and tracker

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This is a convenient tool for creating and tracking work schedules for every employee. I like that it allows me to access my team’s schedule at any time too. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I still need to figure out how to enroll multiple signatories to enter into a more long-term contract with Planday. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? Another superfluous app...

The webinterface is horrible, not even responsive. Does not allow the user to change their own password. UX is really questionable.Mobile app looks basic, but decent. Functionality is very limited. Asks for permission to access pictures & data on phone, when it should just show me my payslip? And somehow that does not even work. Needs a lot of improvement in this state. Often mixes up the calendar and displays weekdays from monday to monday aligned with shift plan from sunday to sunday.
