Ikke rigtig det værktøj, som jeg stod og manglede

Planday kunne blive et rigtig fedt værktøj, men der er mange irreterende fejl og det er ustabilt. Deres support kunne man godt ønske sig lidt mere af, de forventer at man som kunde, vil bruge tid på at finde fejlene for dem. Men det værste er, at man som arbejdsgiver ikke altid kan regne med, at alle for den samme vagtplan præsenteret i deres app. Nåh ja, og så binder de én for et år af gangen, og fornyer ens kontrakt med ny binding automatisk.

Er umådelig træt af at blive ringet op af jeres telemarketingsælgere. 5-6 gange har jeg snakket med jer og bedt jer om at lade vær med at ringe til mig. Alligevel med nogle måneders mellemrum ringer i til mig. Jeg er ærlig talt PISSE træt af jeres opkald! Det er mig en gåde, at jeres salgsstrategi handler om at ringe til ''potientielle'' kunder, der har frabedt jeres opkald. Jeg har givet udtryk for hver eneste gang, at jeg ikke er interreseret i jeres produkt, og ej heller ønsker jeres ...

Uansvarlige

Virkelig en ringe samarbejdspartner, hold jer langt væk fra planday, de koster snildt 30.000.- om året og så binder de dig i minimum 12 måneder af gangen automatisk, plandays support er helt forfærdelig de ved intet og kan intet, du er overladt til dig selv når du har lavet en aftale med dem, de er virkelig arrogante og uansvarlige.

All round great tool - does the important bits really well

It's really easy to use. It looks good. The drag and drop shift functionality is really useful as it makes it easy to set up entire shifts quickly or modify them. The shift templates are really useful too and save. It also has great mobile functionality which means that staff can swap shifts with each other without bothering the manager too much. There's lots of other neat features, but plan day does the really important bits well and that's what counts in the end.

What do you like best? planning is important especially for companies. we used to write the schedule on a piece of paper. Via "Glemt password?" funktionen, kan man få tilsendt sig sine login informationer, hvilket for såvidt også er helt fint...Problemet er bare, at ens password sendes i plaintext... Jeg synes det er latterligt at drive en forretning og tage så let på dét at passe på folks password. Det er ekstremt useriøst og unfair over for folk der ikke forstår betydningen af dette...

What do you like best? The ability to message staff, the notice board, setting up events, the app! All very good What do you dislike?
