Confidentiality issues
How does this app not break confidentiality? When I use the app to check my rota or messages. I can also seewhich staff are at work, who's getting and doing overtime. Which staff are off sick or work for other things like family emergencies etc. When i used to check the rota file to find my shifts before. I was only allowed to write down my shifts. I could not photocopy the full sheet and take it home with me, as I would be breaking confidentiality. So how is this OK?Some of the information ...

Amazing Swap-shift feature
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The swap-shift feature is a lifesaver plus the interface is very user-friendly. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Organized and easy to follow schedules
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We were able to easily track time and attendance. Planday keeps track of our employees' working hours, making them love the app as it easily shows them their shift and it gives them the ability to make themselves unavailable or swap shifts. A must-have technology for your company
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I can easily message other staff members, post announcements on the notice board, and set-up events.
