Excellent customer support
Excellent support. I opened a free account to test out the service and saved a draft. My only question was whether the music license was included with buying my draft intro video. Support responded to my email within 10 minutes after 9:30pm EST. WOW, that is great customer support.

CUstomer Service, Well to be honest doesn't exist. I tried to call and email. Never a Response. Second, One of your employees printed my design incorrectly. It was way off, touching the pocket on the sweatshirt. Never got a response to whether or not i can get a replacement. Please work on Customer Service, There are people out there like myself trying to start their own business and want there customers to be satisfactory with their products. Almost a 5 and definitely a 4.75
Almost a 5 and definitely a 4.75I would give it 5 except for one feature I wish it had. Still a great value and a must for anyone designing in cloths or the social media space. It would be perfect if you could flip the images, that is the only upgrade to make this product any better.
