The service itself looks solid but the customer support is awful. Fingers crossed you never need to contact them.
The platform seems pretty good. Unfortunately, I've only been able to use the service 1 day out of the 2+ weeks i've been subscribed due to honestly the worst customer service email back-and-forth I've ever had with any online service. Only after two weeks was the very simple issue of re-enabling my account finally been solved. I think I might have spoken to at least 5 different customer support reps, at least it seems that way. Disappointed.

Mockups need to be more edgy
Overall you have lots of mockups. However, Regarding the Digital devices mockups, the layout and general design is old style. You should get a more trendy designer to find the right pictures. Some time really busy pictures.On the other hand, the platform is pretty easy to use.

I really love this platform
I really love this platform. It is good for creativity and helping your business stand out! There are 2 things I don't like: I can't change the text size or move it, this really hurts the ability to do your own customizations. the second thing I don't "like" is that we need more black models and models in home situations for sleepwear. Other than that it is a great experience!!
