Value for money but they could update things
I think the site is good for what it does. They could invest in more "business" or more professional mockups as some don't suit a business that is an accounting firm, legal firm, or coaching firm. There was more for the consumer type of business.

Extremely rude customer service. Do not use Placeit.
I paid for placeit, my account was locked. I tried to get help, they took a very long time to get back to me then wrote me a very rude email telling me they were "using their discretion" and cancelling my account...as if I had done something wrong. This is no way to treat a paying customer who was only trying to get some assistance. I have told my business partner who also had a placeit account, forwarded the rude email that was sent to me. You don't need another site because PLACEIT is the only one for Print On Demand work. Fully supportive and so helpful and just the best in the world. I just can't praise and respect Placeit enough because Placeit is the best of the best of the best site for all one's needs. Fully comprehensive and just all one needs to be successful in business as an entrepreneur. Greg Gottfried says the same and got me onto Placeit, so there! :-)))))))))))))

Way too expensive
This website would be fine if it was entirely free, but it isn't worth paying for. Even with a paid plan, it takes the website way too long to load previews. I've had times where it has taken 5 minutes just for one letter of text to load or change. There are a decent amount of templates and photos to use, but it is definitely limited. This product would maybe be worth 1 to 2 dollars a month with the way it functions. Don't spend anymore on it.

Unusable product
I signed up to use the service for YouTube end cards. The placeit end card templates do not follow the (new?) YouTube guidelines for placing video links. The placeit placeholders are not aligned with where YouTube lets you place the video thumbnails.Sorry placeit, it's sloppy work from your side.

Great mock up, disappointing design
I love and appreciate the high quality mock-up but I am disappointed that there is not enough function to customize texts or replace images on logo or designs. I was spoiled by varieties of customization on canva but decided to go with Place it in expectation to be the one-stop platform for my designs and mock-ups. Unfortunately, Placeit is still way way behind Canva as designing tools.
