Very good and fair customer service, quick to return the money
I subscribed for the year plan but I had to quit very early. So, because I had already create about 5 - 10 creations the first days, they told me that I would be billed for only the first month, and they sent me the rest of my money back. They also told me that the monthly subscription will automatically stop. Their works are a very good way to bring your company alive, and I believe that in the future they will also give even more options on the creative process.

Deceptive Charging Practices
Had the option to freeze my account so I wouldn't renew my subscription for a useless service.Gave NO warning about when my account unfroze NOR when my subscription was about to expired. Decided to automatically charge me without warning, instead of automatically cancelling!Also no button to cancel on actual website. Disgusting.

I’m earlier on in the process but I was in need of video software to help with marketing for my company and alot of options were not cost effective. Placeit’s price point is very reasonable and although I have a lot to learn, so far the software is extremely user friendly. Very pleased with the purchase and I highly recommend it for any small business because I know for a fact the video I built with Placeit’s software would have cost me thousands with a marketing firm.
