They advertise as a free logo maker company but they dont provide any free service, Hence, they force people to buy their service.First- they will force to provide emailSecond- After completing design they show logo charge and subscription feeDishonest company.

What a disappointment...I was a loyal customer across all Envato marketplaces,so I decided to try Placeit.After a month of use, I realized I didn't need the service,and I stopped subscribing.However, a few months later my Placeit account was hacked and there was a charge on my credit card again.I reached their customer service and asked them to refund my amount since I was charged for what I didn't use, and they said it's not possible to refund me the amount.Their refund policy is complete ...

Some of the images are ok but they won't refund a faulty image

Some of the images are ok but I had one which had a wrong background. I have had an e-mail thread with the team but they will not refund me, despite acknowledging the problem. Very disappointing.

Best mockup site

This is by far the easiest mockup generator on the internet. I use them for everything, ranging from my instagram videos to my product images. They are also very easy to work with. For $30 a month, it's worth a a steal for all the assets I get. There's one thing I need to complain of; the "promotional emails" are getting out of hand.

Does a great job, just too expensive

What do you like best? The videos you can make are amazing, along with the mockups and social media posts. It's easy to use as well. The variety of designs is another strong plus point, especially in the mockups. It makes showing lifestyle photos of your product super easy. What do you dislike? You can't adjust DPI or download in different formats. The fonts are also rather limited and I've found no ability to upload custom fonts. This makes it difficult when you're trying to keep ...

Stupid and Bad Customer Service

I looked for a form to create with list of my products. I could not find such after searching booklet, menu and similar. I contacted support that never answered and kept asking what I needed. I told him read what I already told him that was my question. He kept asking, so I asked for his manager. He told me "do not use inappropriate language or I will have to end this chat."
