What do you like best? Being able to edit everything from .png to .psd in one app is almost mind blowing. Pixlr has such a simple interface and I can use it in the browser or on my Android. What do you like best? Pixlr is a powerful, free photo-editing software. It's extremely comparable to Photoshop with limited functions. The design is very similar with all the tools on the left and the layers on the right. You can do a lot of the same effects and quickly export your image.
