What do you like best about Pivotal Tracker? Easy to move stories around. It has a very simple way to change the status of stories. Milestones feature is nice. What do you dislike about Pivotal Tracker?

"Gets the job done, but there's some pain points"
What do you like best about Pivotal Tracker? I like how the blockers work and tie together across boards, learning how to use Pivotal was straightforward, I do like that there is progression through the cards, but it would be nice if these could be customizable.
